MINDFUL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP:
MindfulNESS concept through Observing Nature

Nature has a healing power. Photography is an effective tool to observe, enjoy the outdoors and seeing subtle seasonal changes in the environment. This class encourages you to develop a relationship with nature through patience and long-term observation.

Aim: Practice mindfulness by paying attention to your surroundings and notice the details of the environment. Look for patterns and textures to photograph. Focus on the present moment and try to be fully present while walking in the natural setting.

What you’ll learn: Composition, perspectives, framing and light observation.

What you need: A digital camera or smartphone camera. Comfortable shoes and warm clothing.

Course level: All levels.
